About our staff
Our employees are loyal, honest, professional, reliable, well presented, and operate under a strict code of conduct for the work they undertake.The Step Force management team interview staff prospects and determine suitability of staff members dependant on their skill set, to specific venues and venue specific training. All our managers keep a close eye on our staff by constantly monitoring our employees performance through field visits and care visits. All our new staff on go 3 days classroom training followed by a 3 months probation period ensuring they recieve the right training for the client they are asigned to. All or staff have to obtain a SIA licence to operate as security personel in the United Kingdom.
